Well I finally got all the material to build my kennels. They will be 24' long but split at 12'. The sizes will be two 6'x6' kennels and then 4 kennels 4'x6'. They will be 2 ' off ground. Post pics soon

Is 4' x 6' going to be big enough?  What size dogs do you have?  A 4' x 6' kennel would be equivalent to having a dog on a chain just longer than 2'.

I laid out post for mine and put them at 4x10. I put a dog house in the squared off area, then put a dog in. The space seemed to have shrunk in half.

I went to 6x10 and that 2' makes a world of difference... atlest by looks. Got posts set, waiting on dry weather for concrete.

I have 8 kennels that are 4 x 10.  I wish I would have made them 6 x 10 also.  Live and learn.  I wish someone would have recommended to me that I make them larger.

  lol when decideing on kennel size best thing i can recommend is getting yourself locked up one saturday night in a 6x10 cell till the next day . i garrantee you'll think on making the kennel space bigger  .
