Me and one of my best friends ever got up on a roof and traded punches trying to knock each other off that roof. I would say I loved him like I should love my neighbor. Shoot my dog and I will out a whole bunch of love on you. Brothers love each other and give each other a beat'n too. I taught my boy how to hit and he shows me what a good learner he is when he punches me. It does say "as much as it depends on you, live at peace with your neighbor." Well shoot my dog and the peace is gone. Calling the law is the nicest thing I can think of.

Your story is to vague, need to know details like why and is the neighbor still breathing?
