Anybody ever had any out of him? I had a male that was out of his and i loved that dog! He was short to medium range, gritty but smart about it. I went out to his kennel one morning and he wasnt himself so i took him to vet and he passed away. Vet said he was poisened but anway have any one yall had luck with this line?

I have gyp out of his line..she's good dog not a lot of grit but will run all day and right out on hogs after catch.

Yea the male i had would run all day long but as soon has u told him to come he would no matter if he was  in middle of chasing a hog. Very well manered. And pertty too!

There is a 19 month old female for sale in the dog trader right now. Looks great and if I had the money she wood be in my yard jus from hearing the good things I've heard about kds dogs. Jus wanted to give u a heads up. Hope u find another dog just as good as the one you lost. Lord knows I miss my old gyp I had!

I checked them out years ago.....maybe early 2000's....just research wise I mean...never owned one. Talked to the guy and he said they were real rough. Don't know if he's bred some of that out now or if its just this particular gyp that's loose. I like their build...for sure.

I had a male n fm outa that line that i got from his uncle or cousin in MO (donald brekenridge) n both them dogs were supper rough, almost to the suisidal point. With 3-4 of them, there was no need for a catch dog. The dogs r good, but the breeder is less disirable.

KD lives here in rains county. I'm not to sure how you got dogs for free from his son? Charles, donald is his cousin. Donald is running spring valley curs in MO. GIVE me a holler and ill pass your number on to him or see if its ok to pass his number on to y'all.

I thhink pups WAS orignally stevens then "stuff" happened went to someone then me. This isn't the first time stevens dad gave him curs last time he gave him two males.  Steven surrendered them to perry pound my buddy got them n they went straight to work on used on cows other on pigs.  But I just heard about them never hunted behind em

Donald has spring valley bmc, he is not really a branch of it, just as david thoms n 4ds aint a branch of randy wright, just independent breeders, linked together by their dogs
