When mine would do that a battery switch would fix it. Call Garmin.

I just emailed garmin about my dc30 not working correctly.  They emailed me back today and gave me a return # and for $89.00 there going to send me one back.  Not sure if it will be brand new or a refurb but thats not a bad price for a working collar.

C and c kennels.   I had one mind do same thing one time and button was stuck. Hit it on side my box a few times.    Last time it done it was my GPS was bad.

WW-CC. Take a wire brush or sand paper and make dang sure your charge points on collar and charger are clean and not dirty.    I had same problem last week and cleaned with my knife and its back to charging now

Ya I called garmin today, they said if you have a astro 320 I could reprogram it with it. He emailed me all the steps but I'm at work now I will try later today . He said it fixes the problem 98% of the time . Ill shall see.  He said only with a 320 not with the 220.
