A leggy pitbull or pitbull cross
An american bulldog
a dane,
a wolfhound
a dogo

The list goes on and on and on and on and on lol

I use a female pitbull currently, works great for me.

American bulldogs do not make a good running bulldog, at some strains don't. Some strains have bad wind. Pitbull crosses, pure pits, AB/pit crosses can run. Also bulldog/birdog crosses.

As long as the dog can keep up with the rest of the pack, not get lost, and know to go to a bay as fast as it can... He's good to go. I do it with my APBT sometimes but the hog is tore all to hell and back when I do. Once he catches the rest of them catch and they will have one almost be quartered up when we get there if they are several hundred yards away lol
