Looking to get a new headlight, do allot of night hunting in thick woods. looking fire something with allot of light at close range but can also throw a damn good beam in the open.

ive been usin the streamlights from bass pro for years.  have a choice of 1 green led, 3 green leds or a white light.

amazon.com search 600 lumen rechargeable headlamp 25 bucks cant beat em for the money and can recharge

Check out the Moonshiner lights. The Bootlegger cap light is the best light for the money that I've seen.

Cabelas makes some good ones
I like my cabelas one, cost about 100 buck and lights up the world, but eats up some batteries.

I have two cree lights and they are as bright as they say!!! The reason i bought the k bob light is it has a cree bulb. Lol

I like streamlights they work dam good. Shoot even the wal mart energizer one has been good to me. But if you really wana spend a good bit chek out the TRI TRONICS NIGHT RAZOR

I use a night razor. It throws a square spot that lights the woods up. Now if you want more than 9-10 hours on a decent setting get a lazer torch it is not as bright and cast a smaller spot but i havent seen another light burn longer on the same charge. Both are a little less than 200$ if you want to have a better light get the lazer torch pro for i think 300.

coleman brand from walmart. the most expensive one is like 25 dollars and is brighter than alot of those 100 dollar head lamps. i love mine

Laser Torch is really good
Valley Creek makes some really nice lights. Just depends on how much you are wanting to spend really.

Black diamond. I think its called the Icon. Red led and white led adj linens from 5 to 200. Super battery life also! Got it at cabelas for around $75.
