I don't know where they are located but I see no restriction in the vest and at hardcore you can add flotation to the vest.. Catch dog was swimming with the vest today

My favorite is tejas.. i havent tried many but iv had the same 2 tejas vests and havent had one pass through. And there not as heavy as some others. Just my opinion. And there price is unbeatable and quick shipping

Hardcore I'd outta Louisia.a and yes the dogs  move great in them they have a good quality kevlar in them which is important there are many diffrent qualities of kevlar and only a good one is worth paying for I've seen 3 layers of lesser stuff cut right thru

If you get a gaurdain you better tell them to make you an old style one. They are made way better and thicker than the new ones. My old one and buddies are great vest and have took beatings and held up, weighed twice as much as a new one. Buddy of mine ordered exact same vest spending same money, and it wasnt half the vest. First decent boar got on it had 3 or 4 complete passes thru it, bulldog got cut pretty good. Called and complained said they made it totally different and alot lighter than the old ones. Sent it back and they put a half a@$ patch on the front. Wont do business with them after that.
