I took him out a couple of times and let him go to a bay and he was bayed when we got there...he got on a track one night where we saw a big boar runnin in a pasture from a milo field and he surprised me and went right in after it and i never heard a bark out of him. He didnt come back for about 30 mins the hog was runnin hard and just out ran him. He will be a year old on the first of november...just needs a little time and he will be findin his own hogs.
