Well i guided a benefit hunt for some of my family yesterday. My cousins 8 year boy bought the hunt and has been pumped waiting to go. So we went last night before the storms. Cut the dogs down the ground and after bout 20 minutes they had rolled out to 1.2 miles and showed bayed. So we moved to em. Drove 110 yards from bay and shut the machines off. I only heard one dog barking and shes a loose dog. My buddies dog was with my two. His dog is alittle rougher. I thought this ain't good or there caught and it just ain't making any noise. So we get in there and i try to see what is going on. I get 20 feet from my gyp and the hog jumps out of some brush. "Good hog cut em". Man and this dude could fight. Dogs caught we came in and legged em, got the young man up there and he made a great stick. Dead hog. Lost 2 great dogs JoJo and Clifford. So i didn't get any pics 'fore all the doctoring. Nice hog for a fellas first stick.

Man I'm sorry to hear that buddy!  At least you got some pups on the ground out of him.
