Me and lionandboarhunter saw this buck last year gut punched from fighting in the rut gave up looking for him. Bayed this boar on the 11 th  lost my hat went back that am and 10 feet from my hat this is what i found. . And the boar. .   And to show size scored 230 and change

Both are very nice! Hard to believe had your hat not fallen off where it did you likely would have never found the buck.
