I like the day time hunts better but end up hunting more at night cause most the places I hunt don't hold hogs just hogs going to and from so we hunt more at night

I prefer to hunt between 8-10 in the am but during the summer mainly hunt at night. I do better in the day but still catch them at night. I like being able to see

we hunt in the day most of the time , I have a hard time catching up after staying up all night , to busy to sleep after the hunt , its also illegal in oklahoma without a permit , I think a lot of people hunt at night to be able to trespass with no problems , JMO

I like day hunts when its winter time and cold outside, love riding the fourwheeler on a nice 40 degree morning watchin the dogs acting all wired up. BUT from about april through november I hunt at night and honestly I catch way more hogs at night then I do during the day, never figured out why but I do know that I don't get on NEAR as many runners at night as I do during the day. Plus runnning into a corn or rice field at night with nothing to climb but your buddy adds in a little pucker factor lol

Don't make me much difference but I been known to sleep pretty hard on a ranger or the ground or whatever I'm on. Bout to start carrying a tracking collar at night so my buddy's can find me lol

At night because there are less people out. The wind usually dies down at night. Hogs seems to move more at night.
