Nevermind I went back and did some counting and I now have record of 375 hogs bayed with my 8 month old Dogo in the last year and a half!
You lost me at year and half and eight month dogo. Hogs let out of a trailer don't count ,Campbell's. thts cuz his dogo is so good that it was talkin em into giving up from the womb prior to its birth! DUH!  |

Two years ago me and they guys i hunt with caught over 100 (can't remember the exact count) from december til around turkey season in april. This was hunting mainly on Saturdays. We did have sevearl days where we caught 5 or more but 500 can easily be caught if you have the places to hunt and good enough luck to not have your dogs cut down.

heck i know guys gettin 40-60 hogs month. im not dang it lol but there are alot of high acrage lands that adjoin state that are just loaded with hogs espicially here in fl. i know folks catchin 1-6 hogs a day but there lucky huge property owners or grandfatherwd in ya know some folks just got the luck of the draw

Ok I'm sure it's happened and will happen more but like I said there's no way 90% of the people on here have one. I mean for gods sake man what did y'all vote for Obama or what how has time to hunt that much I know I sure don't hog hunting don't pay near as good as my job!

This number is very doable specialy over a period of a few yrs. and if you hunt in a good area even better but I think most guys just don't hunt that much

Do-able ? Heck yeah! Have i done it? heck no! Lol..ill be flat out honest. Im jealous of some folks and the anount of hogs they've been on. I aint caught 500 hogs the whole time ive been hunting. Lol..my spots are crap. The spots i do have that have a bad pig problem are always very small. So i call those my trap only properties. I have gotten lucky a few times though and snagged a few with my dogs and my dogs only. But heck i may never catcg 500 pigs. Lol..

Im no math wiz, but your numbers of an 8 month old dog baying "X" amount of hogs in 1.5 yrs is bull crap. Your year count is over 2x the age of your dog. |
