I have an 8 or 9 months old game bred pit. He's been on plenty of pigs to know what's going on. Doesn't pull to bad in the woods. Catches good on the ear or head somewhere.
I also have a 9 months old registered Redbone gyp. Has barked at pig not really started. I bought her for breeding.
Make an offer on them. I'll been starting the gyp today.
