feeding raw do I need supplements?

I have a question for those who feed raw. I currently have a supply of raw beef and pork from a local butcher. I get the shavings from the band saw, which is meat, fat and bone and the neck and back bones with some meat on it, plenty of marrow, some organ meat mainly kidney and liver. I have been feeding this for about three months and the dogs look great and have noticed they have picked up weight. My question should I feed any kind of supplement? They get the shaving about 5 days a week and bones and meat 2 days a week.

yes . Easiest I have found.
5ga bucket.
4 big plain yogurts
3 packages of chicken liver
1-2lb of vegatables(carrots,broc, etc)
2 - oatmeal
fish oil
2 packages of chicken hearts
coconut oil-half cup or so
Mix that all together. Scoop it out. Will last a few days.

I feed organ meat at least one day sometimes two times with the meat/bone shavings.
I know why the organ meat but why the veg. ? Not being a smart butt, just trying to learn

They need roughage. Some vit and minerals can not be found in meat. I will have to look up which ones......
Eggs. I forgot eggs in the mixture. It makes a mess but the dogs love it and it really helps them. I also feed ducks during the season(after I breast them out). Some dogs will eat the whole thing while other just pick all the meat off the bone.

1can of vegetable about 10 oz with (feeding 1 raw chicken breast an 1 egg every other day) then the next day feed small amount chicken liver an vegetable 2 to 4 oz with 3 slice of bread.. 32 dollars for 1 month but it could be cheaper if u buy the chicken from a farm not wal-mart value chicken breast.lol sport mix is cheaper my new catch dog 3/4 pit 1/4 German shepherd doing good but its not the extra energy like sport mix.
