I agree with hunting and buying a dog in the woods.  None of mine are for sale, but I guess if a guy wanted to pay the right amount, I would sell.  Where are you finding these dogs for sale?  Maybe you could look at other sites or other classifieds?  The last option, the hardest option, the longest and most rewarding often is make your own good dogs.  That is what I have done and that is why I dont sell.  What exactly are you looking for in a finished dog?

Do u ever come around Houston? i wouldn't mind helping u to getting your dogs started with one of my finished dogs I'm sure your dogs my just need more pigs on the ground. hog infested places is where u need to hunt your dog. not many people will sell there finished dog that's the truth. i know a dog trainer that's maybe 2 hours from u (just hunt) hes probable the best i have seen an trust! i still have the dog that got trained, his finished

work just a little i mean just hunt out 100yrds or so and if nothing come back to me then ill walk them around in woods and they will work around me maybe 50 yrds or so thats why think if i had a good dog or someone to hunt with that has good dogs they can understand get out futher and hunt. Im not looking for long range dogs i hunt to much by myself just a ;little help with my pups. something to show them the ropes . And never been Houston area to hunt but welling to try anything truthfully and understand people dont want to sell thier best dog but like everyone says money talks.
