You can get some tablets from Walmart that you drop in the water I forget what they are called but they are cheap and work for a while you just have to put them in every month

Mine has a dispersion tank.  Basically comes out of the well into a tank to let the sulpher out and then pumped into the house.  Dont have real strong sulpher, so aint sure how good it would work if its real bad

My family has been in the water well biz for about 35 yrs and this is very common.. and easy and cheap to fix. The sulpher smell is most likely bacteria built up either in the well or in your lines. If u go to your well head and look at the well seal there should b a plug u can remove. Remove the plug and pour 5 to 10 gallons of straight bleach into the well casing. Open each faucet one at a time and let run until u smell bleach at the faucet. Do this at each and every faucet and let sit without using for 24-48 hours (if u can go that long without using the well) then open faucets after it has sit with bleach and let run for a while till bleach smell is completely gone. You should be good to go. Don't forget to open hot water faucets as well..
