You give a two week trial on a dog and the boys you sold the dog to call the next morning and say it didn't work    damn give the dog a chance  that's why I like to show the dog hunt

That's why you should buy and sell a dog in the woods...it's an easy fix for the bullcrap.

yep been there and done that . I use to give a 60 day trial with the expectation and advise that they do nothing but acclimate the dog for no less than two weeks and had them call the first  night and say the dogs wouldn't hunt   lol   cur dogs are different than hounds an old hound don't give a hoot whom it hunts for .  after talking to whom ever bought the dog and getting them to  WAIT  a few days and try the dog again they were satisfied with the dog . folks are in just way to much of a hurry to become famous  these days .

Agreed , how can they get the dog to even listen to them with no kind of relationship at all , like said before.  Buy them books and all they do is eat the paper , ya just can't fix stupid and common since is not taught. , some folks just don't have it and never will ( culls )

sounds like he used your dog for breeding,  sounds like he wants the trail to fall through. maybe u should go see your dog at the young mans house see if the stabling is up to your spec an u could sneak a peak on any females in heat.. when it fall through u can tell him 500 for stud cost is coming out from the trails refund..lol flip the jk on him.lol he my crack under pressure .lol

I know I'm not the only one that got a chuckle out of this? How would you keep up with all those trials?

Not really pertaining to this post but what's up with the people who are askin one amount but just to see the dog hunt its gonna add another 150 same for the trial why is there sometimes a 2 to 3 hundred dollar difference just for a trial I have never sold a dog with trial so don't know! I just tell em hunt the dog if it doesn't work bring the dog back in same condition as he left.

Damn skunk I'm glad I'm not the only one that remembers that dog, wouldn't answer his phone for several weeks. But each man is accountable for his own actions. Someone will get over him one of these days.
