Not that it really matters just curious are u getting another dually or just the 250

Just 3/4 ton 250, dont haul trailers near as much anymore. Whole reason i bought that truck originally was due to the fact that i was hauling a loaded 30' trailer for work all over the dang place, it was pretty much our rolling inspection office..... I switched companies last year and now i work 40 minutes from the house full time, just dont need a dually anymore......hell i could probly get by with a 1/2 ton just really dont wanna go back lol

If you do the right stuff to a 6.0 you can make that engine bullet proof. A lot of people will disagree but my neighbor had one and him and my pops did work to it and beat the dog piss out of it.

Congrats on your new truck, let me know when to wanna line up with the 5.9. Haha just messin  Evil

Lol if the 6.7 was still rollin solid id take you up on that, it was pretty quick when it was runnin good, i hear florida is nice this time of year and I could use a vacation BUT that truck probly wouldn't make it 1/2 way lol and its gone!

What all Have you done to your 5.9?

All these troubles with my darn Dodge I may convert over to a Chevy next go round. :/

Other than my current truck (still in the dang shop) ......I've always been a Dodge fan.

I gave up on Dodge in the late 1970's...and like a dummy I went and bought a 2005 Dakota 4x4...

The transmissions in the new 6.7 Ford trucks are supposed to be real stout also, you dont hear much about it.

Don't know this to be a fact, but........

the guys at work claim when the ford man dropped off the 3 new 450's, he was talking very highly of them except for that the manufacture rated tear down on the engine was at 150,000 Undecided  I haven't dug into the facts, just hearsay...but might be worth looking into.  Another guy traded his in cuz he said the maintenance was costing him a couple hundred every oil change???

Worst thing Ford ever did was try to radical of a change when the "Diesel Wars" started, and then got pissed with International and built their own.  The verdict will be out for a long time (or maybe not) on the new Ford diesels, cuz there's still plenty of the good ol 7.3's runnin around.  I know I love mine!
