I was hunting the other night and the collar was working fine. I lost signal with it and never picked it back up. When I found my dog finally instead o the red lights flashing it was staying on. I could cut the collar off and turn it back on and the red lights still stayed on. I tried deleting the collar out of te system and adding it but still wouldn't pick up. Anyone ever had this happen?

With the collar off Try pressing and holding the collar power button until turns back off. This is supposed to be a hard reset and has worked on a couple of mine but did not work on one of my buddies collars. If that doesnt work open it up and disconnect the battery for about ten minutes. If you have a 320 go to that collar and choose upgrade dog unit. If none of that works send the collar and 80 bucks to garmin
