It's been rough the past few weeks not hunting, since I've moved to San Marcos to finish school. But, it paid off this weekend. I headed home late Thursday night after work, super pumped to see my new litter of pups that just hit the ground the week before. I got to town and swung by Rance's to see the pups, and then started loading dogs shortly after. Hunted through one place with no luck and then headed down the dirt road when the dogs struck a group out of the box and caught this sow in a big tank. I put Rebel and Bandit on a lead and walked them out to the rig, to head home since it was already 4 AM.
My little brother and I got back at it again late Friday night. We loaded the dogs around 12, and I decided to take my Sneaky Creek pup, from Harley, for the first time. The dogs hunted good through the whole ranch, and as we were in the last stretch on the way out, they started a decent boar hog. He took them on a good little loop, and ran right back to the swampy area they started him in. Trapper made the whole race, and was there helping them catch when I walked in. We hunted a few more places after that, with no luck.

Thanks, Harley. Rance got to come see them and he said he liked them, but wished they were all black lol.

Rodeo & Hogman, I appreciate the interest but these pups won't be leaving our kennels.
