Nothing like some cathead biscuits with a slab of butter and homemade cane syrup so thick you can't see the bottom of the plate, alongside that fresh sausage off them Barr hogs!

The ol lady helped me debone it and we seasoned it up, chilled it, then ground it up this evening, and she went straight to cooking it up.

What seasonings did u use? Lookin at that pic, n needin to reduce my swine food bill, im fixn to slaughter a hog here in the nxt couple days. I got bout 80-100 lbs of deer grindings n a 100ish lb young boar. Figure all the pork n half the deer. Was ur seasoning store bought or did u make it urself?

My wife is great, but still doubts she gets up earlier then me to cook me biscuits and sausage when I'm going for an early morning hunt  Grin well she might if I bring another Barr hog home.
