Sounds like a bad case of worms if they're gums are white? I'd get them wormed asap and get some fluid in them.

if u can, get ur hands on some saline iv bags and give the pups an injection of 50-75cc's under their hide, if no iv bags, u may try distilled n purified water with a lil sea salt added to it.

what I use is a product called re- sorb for scouring calves . it can be found at tsc  mix the two packets together according to the label and inject under the loose nape of the neck skin until it bulges out good and full of fluid  . the re-sorb has a glucose and vitamin and electrolyte powder . it will bring them back fast  . when the fluid is absorbed and it wont take long fill it up again  .  have you noticed any diarha at all or mucusy stools ?  wouldn't hurt to add some sulmet to their water as well or give it orraly if their not drinking  .     good luck

pulling skin up and not snapping back means dehydration which is a bad deal...

White or gray gums more than likely means hook worms and those are deadly for pups...I believe that they attach to the stomach lining and suck the blood out of the pups if I am remembering correctly, and the pups become anemic and the loss of blood can kill them overnight if not taken care of right away...gray/white gums means the pups have lost quite a bit of blood and the weak pups immunities are running low and other infections could set in more easily...

Grayish to white gums is also dehydration. Dependin on what u wormed them with, it mite not hav got those specific worms. Give her an injection under the skin for another day or 2 n then hit her with a different type of wormer.

TSC has a puppy wormer that gets everything even hooks. I have sat up squiting water in the mouth and under the skin. Some made it and some did not. When I used the powdered puppy wormer from TSC they all made it. I do use horse wormer on my older dogs. But I get that puppy wormer for every puppy now. They get those hooks and they don't make it. It is hard to say of they have them or not so I just don't mess around any more. It is sickening to stay up nursing a pup for days and just have it die.

Use panicure too n like hogmantx said, u gotta do it for 3 days in a row, wait 3-4 days n use another wormer for 3 days n wait a month n do it again. I use safe guard for horses rite now but will switch to the goat wormer after this tube is gone, along with using panicure n ivomec, they seem to get rid n keep the worms gone. Like dub said too, u may hav to stay up most of the nite or atleast get up every couple hrs n give her an oral if she will take it of gatoraid or pedialite or just plain ole bottled water for rite now n if u can, inject under her hide like mr whitten said, till the skin buldges from so much water.
