I have 2 dc 30 and I keep loose contact with the dogs. Is there something I can do to reset it or any info that can help would be appreciated

At what range? You can go to garmin and update your collars and reciever. Also put the long range antennas on collars an reciever will help.

you can reset them by taking them apart an disconnect the battery for like 10 min and put it back together

Is it pretty easy to take apart and disconnect the battery to reset it

make sure your collars and haldheld are updated. I check mine every couple months. Just look up the instruction manual on line it tells you how to do it.

There is a program you need to install on your computer to do it if i remember correctly. Ill look when i get home if i can remember, but if you can find the instruction manual it tells you how to do it.
