if the dog is valued of X number of dollars wouldnt that make it a felony and get the po po  after the countefit no account scumbag hes probally got the dogs stashed at his moms,girlfriends brothers any wheres but his house get a 5-6 tag team for follow him |

I just had a phone call from a guy that hunts that area wanting to know if the dogs had been located. He said yesterday morning he saw three dogs running in a field off 1413. Said from the road they looked to be black,tan,and maybe spotted. I know the original post said black, yellow, and leopard...but I guess there is a chance it could be the same dogs.

Yeah I would go out there and call from the roof of the truck. He might have gotten scared and dropped them back off? Never know. I bet they show back up before its all dun with. Good luck. Keep us posted.

No the dogs have not been located the dogs were not at the boys house but he is running from them he want talk to them and has not been home when they go...... His story is that the dogs were dead in the road and he just took there collars off and through them in the ditch..... Said he deposed of the dogs......This came from a guy who knows the boy well..... There is another story on this boy that came from a good friend of mine .....Said he had a dog forsale so he went to look at the dog and the dog had a different name on the collar so he called the number and the guy said that his dog was stolen....This friend of mine told him where his dog was the guy went to get his dog got his collars back but he said the dog got loose and he didn't know where the dog went.....But I will tell them to go check 1314....Another guy hunted with this guy and the dogs crossed a fence so they got to the gate and the boy said he forgot his keys and took a wrech off the fourweeler and undid the hinge on the gate said they went to the dogs and came bach through the gate and the boy did not even shut the gate he ask him why he said he would come back the next morning and shut it... Know all this has been brought up the one good guy thinks that boy was lieing and made him tresspass!!!!

I really don't know but I'm sure if he is and he see us talking about it then I am calling him out all his got to do is pm him me where them dogs are or what he did with them....He deffently got them dogs there is more proof on this but he don't have the dogs at his house......I think I might just go ahead and say it that Black dog was hand raised by a women and she is upset he's gone you dang COWARD!!!!!!!!! Yo can run but you can't but can't run forever!!!! Thanks again for all the help from good board member from easttexashogdoggers!!!

i HAVENT HEARD CWARD SAY ANYONES NAME. DO HAVE A GUILTY CONSCIOUS? I DONT SEE ANYONE ELSE ON HERE ASKING IF THEY WERE TALKING THEM. IF YOU DIDNT DO IT DONT WORRY ABOUT IT. Het with TDHA with the matter. If the dog owners are members there is a fund set up. Money make people roll over on thier friends all the time.

The TDHA has a crime stoppers and legal fund for TDHA members. Another good reason to join TDHA.
Crime Stoppers Fund
The Texas Dog Hunters Association's Crime Stoppers Fund will pay a reward up to $500 for information that leads to the conviction of a person(s) who has committed a criminal act according to the laws of the State of Texas against or affecting a dog owned by a member of Texas Dog Hunters Association (TDHA.)
To qualify for this assistance you must be a member in good standing for at least 24 hours prior to the act against the dog(s). For the purpose of this fund, in good standing means the TDHA member has paid membership dues, those dues have been received by TDHA and the member is recognized by TDHA.
The Board of Directors of TDHA will consider each case individually and determine the amount to be paid and the time period in which the reward may be claimed by the affected member.
The reward CAN be paid to a non-TDHA member.

Legal Fund
The Texas Dog Hunters Association's Legal Fund is for members who are involved in legal action concerning the member's hunting dogs. TDHA may pay up to $1,000 for each application. This fund is designed to assist with expenses relating to a civil or criminal case including, but not limited to, attorney's fees and trial expenses.
To qualify for this assistance you must be a member in good standing for at least 24 hours prior to the incident that is the subject of the civil suit or criminal case. For the purpose of this fund, in good standing means the TDHA member has paid membership dues, those dues have been received by TDHA and the member is recognized by TDHA.
The TDHA Board of Directors reserves the right to examine each case based on the facts presented to TDHA and to determine the amount, if any, to be paid up to $1,000.
If the member who makes the application is awarded costs and/or damages and actually receives payment on such award, any monies paid to the member from the Legal Fund by TDHA must be reimbursed to TDHA and the Legal Fund.

If nothing else, this thread has talked me into ordering my brand....... It would sure make identification easier and likely make your dogs less attractive to a thief. That's not fool-proof by any means but an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. I hope!

The man who owns the dogs is not a member TDHA!!! But he did make a visit to the mans house and caught him there.....Now this gets pretty interesting...The first thing he did was blamed it on another guy that has the same first name.....But that got correct real quick then they put me on the phone with him because all the help from this post I caught him in several lies BOY DID HE STUDDER.....The man who owns the dogs said his story changed several times.....The crook also called for back up alls his friends but they found out this man ain't B.S around 2 of the 3 guys left said that did'nt want no part of him!!! But before he left he said I will give you 2 weeks to come up with my dogs or the next time I will take it out of your hide!! His exact words were if anybody can find your dogs I can there probally still were you were hunting....Well they been checking where they were hunting so we will see!!! My friend also said the guy had a good looking black and tan dog on his chain that the name plate had been cut off the collar!!! THis is the same guy that JLH posted who had the other tracking collars...He has no transportaion....Lives in a camper!!! Oh and he give the same story to my friend as he gave to the guy That JLH posted about and that dog is still missing too!!!!Thanks again!!

CWARD with all do respect, you have it all wrong, I was there,. I was not called and knew nothing about the ol,boy being there when I just showed up hell I knew nothing about him even being accused of the whole ordeal, the other two guys that left live there. And the whole take it out of his hide thing is BS I was standing there the whole time.And he did not say if anyone can find your dogs I can. His exact words were I know alot of people and I will put the word out, and also keep an eye out for them myself.
Also the black and tan dog came from a friend of mine that has had him since he was a pup.
Heck I even offered for him to come look through my kennels if it eased his mind any,but he declined the offer.
The owner told me the collars were found in the ditch just around the corner from the accused's house. Just like I told him who in there right mind would do that right around the corner from there house? He ultimatly agreed with me on that also. It sounds to me as if someonu is POed at the accused and is trying to set him up. JMOP
