Silverton Boar Dogs

Had a nice hunt with Wes and his boys tonight. Wes was needing to test out some new dogs, it was a little warn but we started hoping it would cool off. Cast in a couple spots with no luck. On the third spot Jessie took a track off a tank and bayed a little hog about 3/4 mile away. We stayed hooked untill the boys fell asleep on the dog box, good time to quit. No big hogs but the boys didn't care. Any hunt with the kids is a good hunt. Oh, the Airdale/Pit female Wes has is COOL she is going to be fun. Thanks, Paul T   |

Looks like your little guy was worn out! Good to know there are other kids who's batterys run out despite all the action!

i have 2 pups that are airdale/cur/pit cross they are already working they are about 3 months old and my best strike dog is airdale/cur i thought i was the only one running hairy dogs.
