I smoked  four small hog legs for eight hours used my electric smoker. I used some cherry wiid chips. I also used a micormeck memphis dry rub when it was done I chopped all the meat then poured all the jucies over it. It was my best I've ever cooked a hog. Also cooked back strap in same rub wraped in foil. Well does anybody have any good ideas to cook hogs?

Next time try Ranch dresing dry seasoning in a package. Takes about 3 packages to rub down a big hog ham. Rap in foil and cook untill tender. Pretty damn good and easy.

Smoked 2 back straps and a ribs off a lil shoat i slaughtered a month ago. I marinaded it in a brown sugar, curing salt and a lot a black pepper for 2wks then wrapped it and hung in the fridge to air cure n drip dry for another 2wks.
Wasnt enough meat on the bones for the dogs to fight over
