Only turns on when its plugged in...bunk batt?? Or just come to me defected....had been charging all night

Maybe a dead battery... when you plug in the charger does the screen light up showing the % of the charge?
Might try taking the battery out and putting it back in to see if its making contact.

Had the same problem with the second collar, but did like he said an tool it out an back in and worked . On another note was running this weekend and mine Lost gps but had yardage and would come in an out ? Have y'all had these issues ? It's up to date Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Just sent one of mine in today for the lost gps. It is the wire running from the gps antenna to the radio/battery box that is bad. I could hold the collar in a certain position and gps signal would come back.

One of my collars are acting up the dog can be standing right beside me and it is telling me it's 100 yrds away did the update and ain't fixed it anyone else having these issue with there

Had mine do that before it show him running 200 yards in one direction all the way to a mile the run straight back and he was standing next to me. Garmin..... It's a luxury not a necessity. Had some old farts tell me that one time and I m a sure believer of it now. |

hit it with a hammer and see if it works then.  that crap is built in china or tiwan, then sent back to us, charged importation tax and its sold at an outrageous price when I cost them $50 to build. my 220 and dc30 collars r still working fine, only had an issue with a battery terminal came unplugged, but a lil super glue fixed that. |

Well I smoked 4 dc30's and 5 dc40's to were they were trashed out wouldn't pick up over 20 yrds something about them rough dogs guess them Collars ain't mint for the hogs to chew on them
