Went hunting tonight and I was able to talk my wife into going with me and to bring her young catahoula Red Rock along. We loaded Red Rock, Squaw, Mima, Buzz, and Kid up and met Chris and Brian in Garwood. We turned the dogs out and made our way around some rice fields. Wasn't long and Squaw and Mima had one jumped out in a cut rice field. Buzz and Red were on their way to them Brian had his young dog on the ground and this hog decided he wanted to stand his ground. We started that way and realized one of the dogs was trying to catch so I sent Kid. Waited till he got there and drove right up and legged the boar and got it tied and loaded. Turned the dogs loose again and made our way around the field and noticed Squaw, Red, and Mima were working a track across the field. Wasn't long they were bayed. Hog broke and tried to outrun the dogs. Squaw and Mima got the boar stopped and we sent Kid drove up to the catch stepped of the wheeler and tied the second boar of the night. Red, Buzz, and Tiger were chasing other pigs but ended coming to the catch.
