a couple small spots popped up last week and now it looks like this..there are three pups and she is the only on with the spots  |

Yep that's what it looks like to me the vet has a pill that will knock it out and rub with alcohol

^Like they said, may be an infection. Could just be the extra moisture around their mouth causing a fungal issue. Watch for bumps showing up around the eyes and ears, and try to feed from a metal bowl rather than plastic. Good Luck!!
