a couple small spots popped up last week and now it looks like this..there are three pups and she is the only on with the spots

Yep that's what it looks like to me the vet has a pill that will knock it out and rub with alcohol

^Like they said, may be an infection. Could just be the extra moisture around their mouth causing a fungal issue. Watch for bumps showing up around the eyes and ears, and try to feed from a metal bowl rather than plastic. Good Luck!!
