it says it's beef flavored and I can tell you it is most definitely not ! lol I know cause I tasted it . but all in all it is some good stuff just don't overdo it .

i have used it off and on for years on dogs that have been hunted hard for several days strait or dogs on injured list. just wonderin if any bad from it. know its not good in the heat of summer

no harm in it , I use it about the same and for prego gyps . it's just not something to use everyday .

In the past years ago when I used it for a short duration it made my dogs run hot. That was just my experience though.

Yes sir. You better be real careful with it during the spring and summer months and really even during the winter also. It will heat a dog insides up and burn him up if you are giving to much and sometimes even with the regular dose . In my opinion it should not be given unless a dog is really down sick are has been hurt and needs it to recover are blood built back up . Then he should be taken off of it for a couple of weeks before you do start back to working him are her.
