Check all the local shelters with in a 100 mi radius and especially the humane ones. Had a buddies dog disappear like that in nm and it was an outfitter who picked up his dog and took it to a shelter clear across the state and then later heard that a few other dogs in the same area had similar vanishings and reappearances in shelters a good ways all over nm

It's a shame you can't hardly turn a dog loose anymore without having to worry about some pos messing with it. And it seems to be getting worse every year either someone is stealing a dog or someone is shooting a dog. It wouldn't due for me to catch a man stealing a dog even if it was someone else's dog that's just low down. I hope y'all catch this person and make him to where he don't even want to see another bag of dog food much less look at another dog.

hope you get your dog back...
the dog could have been stolen for hog hunting or for the equipment and then turns the dog loose...
or it could be an anti hunter who will dispose of the equipment and take the dog to a shelter...I have heard of them doing that...

mrsla my buddy tried that by going through the game warden and the dallas police dept . and he was told by both sorry there was nothing they could do to enter the property and get the dog without proof he had it . well how you gonna get proof if you can't go to the dog pen and see ? my buddy saw the man going down the road when he took him and can tell you exactly where he turned off the garmin . very screwy deal but it ain't over yet , it's making the injun come out in me lol .

I hate to say it but.... I'd be staking out that p.o.s.'s house....wait for him to leave.....and go get my damn dog back. What's he gonna do? Call the cops and say someone stole back a dog that HE stole to begin with?? Y'all got photos for proof.....whoever went to take him back,, I'd carry the photos with me in case the law did show up for any reason. That's just me....I don't play when it comes to my dogs. How far does this 'person' live from y'all?

This guy deserves what's coming to him. Even if the law doesn't catch up karma will. He has stolen way to much to get by without any punishment.
