Got a 2 1/2 week old pup that has got some crust on her eyes. She cant open her eyes so I wipe them with warm water. They continue to get crusty. I noticed she seems to not have gained as much weight in the past week as her litter mates and seems a little lathargic. Any thoughts to what might be going on with her?

I had 6 pups who are 6 weeks tomorrow. They started out at 2 weeks old, 2 at a time.....the first 2 had runny noses and then the eyes got shut up as well. It passed after 48 hrs tho.....all of em did it but 1, I just gave em antibiotics and kept em clean as best as I could. It was a yellow type discharge. I had one do it and he had to go to vet overnight, said his white blood cells were at 17%. They are supposed to be at 40%. When it gets at 15% they have to do a blood transfusion.....he got better tho, and that was due to worms by the sound of it.....
Just keep a close eye on them, if they get to looking really sick, take em to see a Dr,,,,,
