I have a 3 1/2 to 4 year old finished cow dog rough enough to stop a run off. Handles really good. He is trained to the tone button on my tritonics. I dont use ratt shot on my dogs. He may make a strike dog for hogs to hes really rough on hogs. He finds cows pretty good if you give him a chance most of the time i keep him close to my horse though.
