Had a tough day today. Took my ace dog in because she had a swollen shoulder the last couple days. Well this morning she looked not only like her shoulder was swollen but that she felt terrible. By the time we got her in to the vet she had gone down hill big time. Ended up having an abscess infection and she died today. Absolutely couldn't believe it. She ran 7 miles on Saturday and hunted like a young dog. So long story short. Love on your dogs. Life is short RIP Sue

Amen man. Sorry to hear about your loss. A dog's a tool but my other tools don't wait to greet me in the morning or stand guard while my family sleeps. There's not a bigger hearted creature on Earth than a dog.

Sorry to hear bout you loss I use to think of dogs as a tool but when you think about real you got a real good one money can't replace it like it can a tool so good dogs are more like a rare jewel

I never seen a tool guard the house watch the kids load up in the at the word lets go. Or hunt its butt off win or lose then just want your approval and be happy to see ya even tho you got on to him find me a tool to do all that and I will buy that sucker right quick

Always been told not to handle or give affection to hog dogs, because they won't hunt for you. Judge and his boys have made me turn a 180, my dogs hunt way better and the enjoyment is buy far a much better experience. Really feel for your loss!!!!!
