Keep em Straight and Keep em Yeller

Well slipped out last night and stretched some Yeller dog legs along with Ironheadknls21, LaurenDaniels and Strikedogkennels.

Headed deep in the timber to an old bedding thicket we have hunted for years. Kicked out a couple Yellers and waited for the party to begin. They cut em a good track and ended up split bayed. Fortunately we had a load full of nail biting Yeller youngsters that we kicked to em. Shut big mamma down in a locust thicket and got her hobbled.

Other older Yeller found him one that had a pair of nike air tennis shoes on.....and he took us fer a jog.
Several hours and alot of miles later old Yellers ran the air out of his arse and we bayed him in a bedding area.

Kicked our youngsters and the Yeller catchdogs to him and by the time we got there..they had his nose in the dirt and his traveling shoes slung in the trees ....lol

Very good lil hunt with my crew and excellent help from Lauren. You made a helluva hand last night!

Enjoy

No Trey. All the catchers are stuff we put together from here and there. We have five all together and only two are same blooded. Unfortunately they are all males as well. We have been rolling around the idea of finding a straight catch Yeller gyp and throwing a few pups for ourselves and for others to try. Alot of interest from other folks so far.

Might be something we start up playing with in the near future since they work so good for us and its so nice not depending on thump headed bulldogs.

Also I lost the lil gyp from Monty couple years back. Shame ....she was doing really well.
