This year AHDC will be giving a polygraph test on site to the teams that place this year to insure the competition rules and Texas Game Laws are followed and enforced. For this reason we are not requiring team captains to be present at the Rules and Regulations meeting prior to the hunt starting that Friday evening as long as AHDC receives your teams entry form, signed copy of rules and release forms and entry fee by Thursday February 20th the day before the hunt starts. If a team has registered early they may proceed to the property(s) they will be hunting for the competition. AHDC will send out a text message to all teams on Friday Feb. 21st at 7:30pm informing them the hunt has started. Any team turning dogs out or hunting prior to receiving a text from the competition will be disqualified via failed polygraph. We hope this will save time for the teams  that will be traveling to hunting this competition. If you would like AHDC to send you the paper work to sign up for this competition let us know by replying to this post or call 830-570-1331 and we can email you or mail it out to a physical address.
