I'm just saying it's not common for anyone to catch 300lb hogs and 400lb hogs on a regular basis unless the lands joined up to poor run hog farm and most of the big hogs are white and pink with great big ears. Another explanation could be y'all have no scale and are guessing the weight of the hogs and are just bad as judging weight  I'm not calling you a liar because I don't know you but your post is unbelievable. When you was 8 and had these bulldogs what did you do with them. Was they pets or did you hunt them or fight them. It had to be a reason you had them when you was that young other than being just interested in them. |

The proof is in the pudding? I say the proof is in all the pictures y'all have with all the 400 lb hogs and y'all and your dogs. I don't find it feasible to believe if you or your dad was catching hogs like that all the time you wouldn't have some kind of proof

I am not miss informed. lock jaw is just a term used to describe something. just like "in hold". realy you could just say biting the ear really hard and not letting go. but in the south most people just say locked on the ear. people take things to far. lol I just like to wire them up and listen to them talk. while I throw in truth and they throw back name calling like calling people (ignorant). when we are really agreeing just calling it a different name. tomato tom`ato.
I call it how I see it. Ignorance is ignorance. Getting on here and telling people that bulldogs have lock jaw is plain ignorant. Given what the definition of lock jaw is....it does not apply to a dog, period, unless they contract Tetanus, lol. Tomato vs. Tom'ato or what not....that's pronouncing a word differently....not using a completely different term to describe something. That is irrelevant. |

GUY, just let it go. I stay in the country with country people. and its more often called locking than "in hold" where im from. The point isn't the name of what their doing, but can they do it and do it well. And frankly idk about you, but I catch hogs with the dogs I have. all of them are not expencive. but they work and get the job done. I paid 40$ for a cur dog and made it out hunt my buddies 1200$ finished dog. If your dog gets the job done is what matters. not words or terms.

Calling it "locking" as a nick name is one thing, but you making the statement that they have "lock jaw" is another. You're all over the place in your posts....and change course frequently. He don't want to be known. And he will not sell you a dog, I can only sell the dogs because im breeding my blood into it. he is weird and oldskool. for example if a dog doesn't catch right for me ill give it a way for a house dog or something. He don't believe in that. he will shoot it. The only way ill shoot a dog is if it trys to bite people or kids. I wont put up with that crap. If my dog didn't catch right hed come to my yard and shoot it. like I said hes old and set in his ways.
