Mark your calendars. One of the most competitive hog hunting tournaments with straight forward rules and the largest payout.

In 2013, 20 Custom Buckles and $15,000 cash and prizes were paid out to the top teams in 4 divisions.

This year we are hoping to do even better.

This is the super bowl of tournaments and you don't want to miss it.

Richard,

Do you know anything about a hog dog trailer being part of the winnings or raffled off?  I never heard if you all ever made up your mind on that or not?

Joey

Joey,

We are working hard to get them finished but yes, on top of buckles and cash money, we are awarding (4) hog /dog trailers that pull behind 4-wheelers to the winners of the Biggest 10 Category.

If for some reason they are not all finished by the start of the tournament, we will deliver at our expense to the winning team, the ones that were not finished.

We are looking to make this the best year yet, as far as payout and prizes go!

I hope to have a picture of a finished trailer up this week or next!

The online pay feature is active and the entry form is up. The 2014 Randy Bumpurs Memorial Hog Hunt is a little less than two weeks away. This is one of the most competitive and challenging tournaments around with 100% payout and some of the best buckles (a total of 20) you’re going to see given away! Let’s not also forget to mention that this year’s winner of the Big 10 category will be awarded (4) hog / dog trailers (front and rear divided) that pull behind a 4-wheeler!

The Friday before the tournament party is going to include good food available for purchase, live band, and a chance to meet up with some pretty good folks and fellow hunters for an all-around good time. You will be able to register to hunt the tournament there, as well. You don’t want to miss it.

Hard Core Hog Dogs will be there on Friday from 12pm-5pm and on Sunday during weigh-ins to meet fellow hunters and will also be selling merchandise and gear. Come by and meet Michael Spiehler and the crew. He is also competing in this year’s tournament.

Online Payment can be made at: http://www.randybumpurshoghunt.com/Registration.html

Please email the completed form or required information to: thunderbird_ranch@yahoo.com

If you have any questions or need any more information, please call or text:

There is an optional weigh in on Saturday from 3pm-5pm.

Richard Elfrez 254 – 498- 5139

Cole McVeay  903 – 388 - 8056

Richard,

I appreciate it and I plan on at least helping out with whatever is needed, but if somebody needs a team mate I just may have to hunt it for the fifth straight time. Please post a pic of the trailers when you can.

Trailer and buckle pics are up! These trailers are nice! A total of (4) of these will be given away to the Big 10 Champions!

The online pay feature (paypal) is active http://www.randybumpurshoghunt.com/Registration.html

Hurry up and get your registration information sent in and your entry fee paid up. This is any man's hunt with some of the most straight forward rules to be found.

Good luck to everyone and we can't wait for this years tournament to kick off!

Don't forget about the Friday pre-tournament festivities. We are going to have Jerrett Zoch and the OSR Band performing, food / crawfish available for purchase, and plenty of good folks to hang out with.

Two more days (technically, tournament starts at 12am Saturday) until the tournament begins.
With some of the nicest buckles (20) awarded, (4) trailers and 100% payout, we are constantly striving to make each year’s tournament bigger and better.

Friday

We are expecting a good turnout tomorrow. Michael Spiehler (also hunting the tournament) owner of Hard Core Hog Dogs will be there on Friday from 12pm-5pm and on Sunday during weigh-in to meet and greet fellow hunters and will also have merchandise available for purchase.
Jerrett Zoch and the OSR Band will start performing around 8pm and there will food / crawfish available for purchase. In years past, this has been an excellent opportunity to network with other hunters and have an all-around good time.

Saturday

Tournament starts at 12am. Optional weigh in on Saturday from 3pm-5pm at Hays arena.

Sunday

Weigh-in from 12pm-3pm (Must be in line by 3pm).

Hog Doggers Trade Day : If you have anything hunting related (dogs, equipment, gear, etc.) that you would like to offer for sale / trade, we welcome you to do so.  We are going to try and have space available but the sooner you show up, the better chance you have of getting a good spot. All sales are between seller and buyer.

Thank you and good luck to everyone, we look forward to seeing you there.

Online Payment can be made at: http://www.randybumpurshoghunt.com/Registration.html
