Right she was traded. Im not saying 100% that its her i was just asking how u could say its not her just bc he said he raised her from 4 months old wen he clearly said the guy stuck her in truck and hauled a**? I traded in hopes of same caliber buf ruff. The man didnt keep his word that i could bring him back and trade if didnt work out. He changed his number email everythinvg. This was beforr i knew to hunt the dog first. Young and dumb.

Bigdics-offroad how could it not be the same dog? If a guy just put her in your truck how do you know she was 4 months and not around a yr?? I dnt c how this dog couldnt be the samr?.

i'm going with the imformation the guy laid out that the pup was/looked 4 months old.  Thats the only information to go with.  There are many of dogs in this world that look identical.  I have plenty that have no relations period and you can hardly tell them apart by visual apperance other than how they sound/act.

Traded you gave up ownership of the dog even if it is the same dog its not your dog, not trying to be a butt, just don't understand why other people saying the guy has to give it back to you if it was the same dog? he didn't trade you. Heck I will settle this give me the dog. sounds fair to me lol

At this point in time, given all the circumstances, it would indeed me moot point. It's just that if it were indeed the same dog, the original owner could now ask the current owner how she's doing pretty much. No obligations, as in this case, the dog was not stolen.

i dont think anyone said that he had to give the dog back? i just wanted the chance to see her and see how she was doing and MAYBE have the chance to but the dog back. i understand that he didn't trade me but maybe he got caught in it and i just wanted to find the dog and c how she was doing because i did raise her and made a mistake by getting rid of her.

Live and learn brother, im sure most of us in our rookie years got taken advantage of one way or another, i chalk it up to being part of the hog doggin learnin curve. I imagine most of us have also regretted getting rid of a dog at some point, hell i have three times in the last two years BUT i know that two of the three are  and will continue to be hunted hard per the agreement i made with both individuals.Sold a good cur dog to a fella on here from the silsbee area that loves that dog and i couldnt be happier that he owns him now. hell, just last weekend i gave a 6month old pup to one of my best friends who decided to put on a show in the woods the day after i gave him away, findin and bayin hos first hog next to his littermate brother whom i still own....... sure id like to have kept him but my buddy needed him more than I did and I know that little joker will get plenty of woods time to progress. I wouldnt loose much sleep over her, find you another and keep on rockin n rollin. Good luck and happy huntin!

This went way out of hand sorry guys the guy drove a red ford ranger was about my size 5.8 and had red hair with a beard I had one litter of plott crosses out of her and that's it i have had her from right around 4 months no real ideal but I would consider that raising her cuz she ain't had no one else but that old man handle her for maybe 4 months unless he got her as a puppy from some one else but she had no damn clue what a hog was if that helps u with any thing I have learned to never say number 2 when u see a dog that looks like urs on here hahahah sorry again guys
