I've been thinking about getting one. Probably a first gen. What's everyone's experiences with them?

Mine has been pretty good to me. Things are gonna go bad being an old truck, steering usually sucks on them. But overall they're good trucks if you can work on your own stuff. Mine is for sale if you wanna drive to Florida!

I have 2 first gens, love them both. One super cab and one reg cab. Both 5 speeds, 4 wheel drive, flat beds and brush guards. Great hunting trucks. And if some thing breaks you can work on it your self. Just re-do the front end every year or two.
