Boys, we got a pack of two y/o's gettin it done nite after nite! It is truely a pleasure to hunt a pack of dogs that will Go Huntin, Get Bayed, and Catch Hogs. Daisy Dog and I started at the bottom with nothing but a great passion to own dogs and hunt hogs. I believe I can speak for both of us when I say I think we did it. We are the guys now that people want to go hunting with instead of being the guys that have to tag along with someone else to catch a hog. We have several friends here in our neck of the woods that are ETHD that we hunt with ocassionaly and value thier friendships greatly, I would like to say thanks to my huntin buddy Phillip ( DaisyDog ) for his persistance and dedication to the sport of hog hunting. Ok thats enough of that! Really just wanted to share a photo of a nice boar we caught in style tonight with a few friends and some first timers. We caught this Boar about 15 mins after turning loose. Dogs left out on a run as soon as we turned out and hunted hard for us the rest of the nite. All in all we had a great hunt tonight catching a nice Boar and 160 lb sow. I only wish I could do this every night!  |

Sounds like you guys put in the time with your dogs and now it's time to kick back and let the dogs do what you have trained them to do.
That is one big boar hog!
Glad you and your friends were able to enjoy a great night of hunting! Wish i could have seen that monster get bayed. I bet he took a real good bay!

Stoked, this Boar might have been the easiest hog we ever caught, the first dog bayed then the second and the third. We jumped on the 4 wheelers rode up about 400 yards to the end of a plowed field shut off the 4 wheelers and we were 60yds away from the bay, cut Skitzer loose and we were caught 35yds inside a wide open cedar field. Never happens like that. This big hog wasnt about to run from a dog and by the time he met Skitzer it was to late!

Sounds like a good fun "easy" hunt!
I had a two pigs do that to me last season, one ran right in front of the boat and the other 20 minutes later and 50 yards down bayed right at the waters edge. I had a newbie with me that was impressed. I said..."remember this night because it probably won't happen like this for a long time!"

had a blast these 2 hogs were numbers 189,190 for the year since january 1. were going again tonight and will hopfully add to the total.had some guys that hadent been befor with us last night, and when he tried to stick it he hit the shoulder with no luck or penetration and had to be redirected. but he was completely satisfied with this experience and is going to euro this skull.

Great for only 1 cd as well, thats awesome!! I thought catching hogs in the middle of open feilds was your m.o.--last wk when I had the pleasure of hunting with you gents the 3 or 4 we caught was a cake walk, never even saw a briar, I was amazed. Thats the real reason I like hunting with you  drink beer on a wheeler and casually strole into to a bay put down the ninja moves on 3 hogs and b.s. some more  |

Thanks for the comments guys, When we started this year our goal was to catch a hundred hogs, Now Im thinkin we should make 200 in a couple of weeks. We are hittin it again in the morning.
