You might wanna try some of the natural gas companies that own the pipelines. They are hiring for trainees with no experience in some areas and the pay and benefits are pretty good.
Try Kinder Morgan, Energy Transfer, DCP.

Not sure about pipelines but I know for sure there is a company looking for roustabouts and truck drivers .
