About 20 or 25 years ago I knew someone who had a b mc x boxer who was a top bay dog and a good hunting dog....Did not have much nose but a ton of hunt...

Training dogs is not about quantity, it's more about timing, the right situations, and proper guidance...After that it's up to the dog... A hunting dog is born not made...

We had a boxer that was a yard dog. When we would train pups he would bay the hell out of one. With such a scrunched up face I think they would be useless to hunt with

I've got an old boxer/pit I used to use . she was good in her day very gamey and smart as a whip . cow broke . I could walk her through a herd without any worries at all .
