Clifford was a bad azz….. the dogs behind him were all good, the bulldog side was some of the best bulldogs I've ever had or been around. His mom was one of the better dogs I've owned. Good luck with yours.

This is my cat/pit she 6 months been out a few times in the woods. every time she'd range out by herself I don't really think its clicked in her head what shes doing but I can't wait till it does its gonna be on. Im gonna put her in pen with smaller hog to build her confidence, since she's only seen big pigs as a puppy. I got high hope's she turn out to be a strike dog. Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk

Not to speak out of line, but Scott P had some accidental ones. Still they are off good stock on both sides in case anyone is into getting another Catahoula bull.

One of my best RCD/Strike dogs was a cat x ab cross. If he was with another dog he was straight catch. By himself depending on the hog one or two barks and caught. With him and my cur x pit cross RCD/strike dogs very rarely did I need any other dogs to help and even more so had very long races. Finally lost him a few years back to a hog. Combination of old age(10 or 11) and bad hog. Did not get cut bad, but think shock got him due to his age. Who knows. If I ever find the right cat gyp I plan on breeding my old bulldog to her. I prefer crosses of this nature for RCD/strike.

Some years back, wasnt there a fella registering through ARF CATAHOULA CURS? It was like he was starting a line that had several generations behind them,, maybe 70's, late 60's or so?

bill hines used to sell registered catahoula bulls. he ran and ad for em in either feathered warrior or grit and steele. a friend of mine had a ab and cat from an accidental breeding and the result was a big brindle bulldog lookin dog that most times was straight turn in bulldog but at times he would remember who his mama was and just go to straight bayin.
