Had our first run in with the rettlers this year yesterday, One was killed under the tractor that was almost 6ft and while hunting last nite my buddy came about 3ft from stepping on one that as right at 5ft. Both of em were fat ol things too, Id post the pics if I could but cant from company comp.

Fiancé killed a 4ft rattlesnake last night too, he was thick and full of mice!

Killed a five footer twenty yards away from my dog kennel only reason I didn't step on him was because he actually rattled most don't rattle anymore

This one rattled too but to me and my bad ear it sounded like one of them sasadias ( probly spelled wrong ) the locust looking bugs. My buddy knew it instantly thank God. Big ol thing, big around as my forearm.
