No one has been able to explain to me why young men and women serve in the U.S. Military for 20 years, risking their lives protecting freedom, and only get 50% of their pay on retirement. While Politicians hold their political positions, in the safe confines of the capital, protected by these same men and women, and receive full-pay retirement after serving one term. It just does not make any sense.

401k's and Social Security is all they should get like the average American...and the exact same style as the average American benefits for the 401k's...no bribes and no hand outs by lobbyists nor from major corporations and lets see how fast our standard of living will improve...CASTING SEED"S because if we can get enough Americans singing the same tune then that will be the first step in bringing about change...

below I copied from an email a friend sent me...and I say Amen to that...

 
If each person who receives this will forward it on to 20 people, in three days, most people in The United States of America will have the message. This is one proposal that really should be passed around.

 
Proposed  28th Amendment to the United  States Constitution: "Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators and/or Representatives; and, Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators and/or Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States ."

Rueben, u r 100% correct with ur thinking. Only downside to the email thing is, if the 20 people emailed actually n truely give a chit, next, if the people those people email, actually gove a chit n soforth. A good 80% of this could either care less what happens, dont want change bc it would take away their freakin gov handout or r to scared to fight for it. Now, that leave estimately, 20% left to try n make a change. Im sorry to say, but it wont happen. Bc in that 20%, there will be bout 3-5% who r all talk all quit when it hits the fan, then there will be 1-2% that are those who support n agree to the cause, but are to scared to fight, or are the antagonizers (chit stirers), that leaves a conservative 16% of the citizens that would actually do something bout it. Now, thats citizens, now u gotta factor in all the wanna be citizens with their hands out, the illegals, again with their hands out, all wanting a free ride, then amongst them, u got hecklers/chit stirrers. Now, there would possibly be some who would stand up n fight bc they see whats goin on too n know it aint right, but those would b far n few between.

Reuben, i just dont think their are enough americans left to actually make a difference in the fight. Now there is the chance that those that are swinging on the fence may fall the right way once they see there r those trying to make a stand. But unfortunately, as said before, something drastic will have to happen before enough people r fed up with the gov bullchit and finally do something.


When the gov gets to powerfull over the people and the gov is no longer in the intrest of the people, IT IS the RIGHTS of the people to remove the current gov and reinstitute a new gov.

All this talk of "get out n vote" "make ur voice heard by voting" "election time is around the corner, get out n vote", its exactly that talk. Our votes dont mean chit in this country anymore. And i know im fixin to hit below the belt, but while we r on this subject, it seems more and more request to vote or know who ur voting for has to do with animal rights, either the rights to hint n breed the dogs or ban all breeding n hunting,  but yet human n constitutional rights are being stripped away every day. I love my dogs, but they are exactly that, dogs, a pet, n to some, me included, more than a pet, also a family member. But none that will matter if we americans continue to let our rights get stripped away.
The bible says, and its not verbatem bc i dont hav the book to copy from, but it basicly says,
"GOD gave MAN deminion over all the animals of the land, bitds of the sky and all creatures of the sea"
Meaning we control these animals no matter what, but lets not waist and abuse them. But untill we get our human, civil and constitutional rights back, the hell with worrying bout if we can hunt or breed our own dogs. Its simple, keep them out of sight out of mind and keep ur mouth shut bout breeding or hunting them n tell only those who u trust ur life n the lives of ur family to.

Even if other states throw out their bum politicians, that paycheck and connections forever business still allows them to fund their damaging agenda once out of office. 

This needs changed ASAP!  Followed by a gold/silver currency?  Said a guy who doesn't have any.
