Took this young man last night, started this boar at 1am killed him at 5am sharp. All the dogs droped out of race except my ole Dan dog, we went all over 7,000 acers with this lil boar, he kept trying to leave the ranch but having run him before we stayed 1 step ahead of him and kept turning him back into the ranch. When he bayed it was in a wide open clear cut 200 yrds from where we started him. Looking on google world and maping the run Dan covered about 11 miles as the crow would fly gettin this one done. When we caught him it was in the headlights of the truck. Look at his length of leg and head, he was built for running that was sure, glad this one is down.

It may be he sure acted like it, 30 is a bit over guessed but if it is him I would say we have run him at least 6+ times.

Well it takes a hard headed one that wont call off when you are 200 yrds from him at 3:30 am and he hasnt bayed since 2am. I would have been happy to have just lost the hog around 3am but was much better getting him even at 5am. Just glad that race hog is gone.
