I have two 9 week old pups. Both look and act healthy as can be. Both eating good and drinking. But there passing a thick clear mucous with blood in it!

up to date on shots ?  if so I would be concerned with coccidiosis and I would start treatment now with a water additive like sulmet or corid that can be obtained at just about any farm and ranch dealer . the bloody mucus is the first sign of protozoa building in the stomach  .

up to date on wormings ?  could be whipworms or hooks .  either way act fast or you will loose them .

check their gums if they are not pink and if they are gray then it could be hook worms...either way worm them with a high quality wormer...

the 8 in 1 vaccine is the only way to go...must have parvovirus and coronavirus antibodies in the vaccine...

like already mentioned act quickly...

I've been using pyrantel. It was recommended by a local vet but I'm not sure it's what I need! Whats a good wormer that gets em all?

yep drontal is the best for all worms  it contains  prazequtal , pyrantol pamoate , and fenbatel  , so it's three worm meds in one dose  .

Panacur will get most worms but will not touch tape worms in dogs. It is great to use because it is very passive and if you give too much on accident your dog won't get sick from it.

X2 pretty much the only wormer I use for just typical intestinal worms
