Myself and my Buddy Ricky let the dogs out about 7 am down in the Little River bottom yesterday.  I had Horn , Whitey and a new Leopard gyp that I had posted in the dog trade for sale with me don't know if she is for sale anymore LOL and Ricky had his Jasper dog a young young dog , ole Buck and a young little Black gyp.  Turned them out in about 20 mins dogs strike we go over to them see hogs going everywhere.  Then a big bad boar hog came out of the edge of the woods and took off down the river bank about 15 seconds later all dogs was on his track and burning him down.  They get him stop then he breaks of course .  This goes on back and fourth for nearly four hours .  We get close a couple times but he is hugging the steep river banks and in and out of the river.  About a hour into the deal my Whitey gyp falls out of the race and I see her at the bottom of the river bank bloody and cut pretty bad.
We pick her up do some medical work and away we go again .  After four hours of this the big ole boar runs out of gas and sits down for his final stand.

This was it, dead hog!  He makes one final try across the river with dogs behind him he gets out in front about five yards and that's when I put the Little Mule on him 12 ga 1oz slug and he goes down in a ball of fire LOL.  Whitey is gonna be ok and also my Horn dog took some bumps and bruises .  Hell of a run and a hell of a lot of fun to say the least !

Yeah he was pretty rank.
I can tell he he was not just going to sit and bay.  He is the kind you better put some teeth in his ass are he was going to make you and your dogs look like a ass.  He was not gonna sit still he was gonna leave the country otherwise!

We went again this morning .  We was minus my Whitey gyp and my Horn dog my two main dogs .  Ricky had his Fred, Jasper and little black gyp ,  I had the new young Leopard gyp and a young leopard male.  Right off the bat we bayed and caught a little boar hog about 150 lbs .  Then Fred stuck out on a big big boar hog , he dusted everybody's ass and left the country, he said see ya  .  They had him stopped at about 1000 yards for a time and we took off walkin and sure nuff soon as we get close he winded us are heard us are what ever he was gone gone .  He was a rank smelling SOB  never seen him smelled and heard him tho.   Whitey and Horn gonna be out a while from the hog in the video up there.  Sho did miss them this morning damn .
