martins I. g. regulator sprayed in and around the kennels will help reduce the numbers . I keep a spray bottle with permethrin mixed in it at the kennel just for the ears .  I will also put corona salve with a little permethrin mixed in it and put on the black dogs ears . them flies love a black dog !!

I use Ultra Shield, and sometimes I use a paste called SWAT on their ears for the dogs that seem to get harassed the most for some reason. Both work well.

If I spray my horses with ultrashield or dogs while the flys are one them they die immediately. I don't spray a whole lot one the dogs because its so powerful. If you don't believe me spray your hands real good and let it dry and you will feel the effects.

If your dogs are one per kennel or pen, you can attach the cattle fly tags to their collars. You just have to be sure that another dog cant get to it and chew on it. Here is a link to the ones we use.

I'm not sure if it will help the kennels but Flies hate baby power , I sprinkle some on the dogs if the flies start to get real bad on the dogs. Works for only about 2 to 3 days but work right away every time! I know there's all kinds of fly spray but for a dollar it's just something worth keeping around.
